In the modern world of technology the computer has become just as important as an automobile and like an automobile, if the owner does not perform a regular maintenance routine to keep the automobile running efficiently it will eventually show signs of a weak engine, poor performance and often times breakdown all together.

Your personal computer is no different than your own automobile in that if you do not perform routine maintenance such as cleaning your registry, defragging your hard drives, performing routine backups, running virus scans, and other common maintenance practices, you can expect that your computer will also show signs of slowing down and/or eventual lockup.

While it is true that we have come a long ways in computer technology from the computers we had just 20 years ago with advances in speeds and process power, what we haven’t been able to accomplish though is the perfect computer that requires no maintenance to maintain and would run in this perfect condition infinitely.

Unfortunately our computers are not perfect and eventually will start to show signs of slowing down, and when this happens some of the first thoughts from less experienced computer users is that they can do nothing to control how the computer functions, or if it gets corrupted or not.

But what many folks don’t realize is that many of the reasons why our computers start to slowdown is because of corruption within the Windows Registry, which serves as a storehouse for all of a PCs internal instructions.

The registry gets weighted down over time with common practices such as continual insertion and deletion of programs. When we install a program and eventually delete it to make room for another one the deleted program leaves redundant entries within the registry causing it to get bogged down, run slow and eventually begin suffering errors.

Even your day-to-day computing activity has a tendency to leave residual data in the Registry that, if not tended to could over time present your computer with conflicting commands. The results from the redundant data are error messages, slow performance, and even system crashes! Without repair, the computer continues to degenerate.

Since it is inevitable that you will be required to have your computer cleaned at some point in the near future it is important that you have the right tools for the job, for this reason I will discuss a registry cleaning system called ErrorFix.

ErrorFix is one of many different applications available on the internet to help assist you with, at the very least, your weekly cleanse of your registry. ErrorFix will enable you to restore your PC back to almost new condition by detecting the corrupt paths, redundant entries, and outdated file shortcuts that make a computer run slowly or display error messages.

Here are a few of the basic functions that you can expect to be done:

  • Clean your registry and fix the problems that cause errors.
  • Organize and remove startup programs that make your computer slow to start up.
  • Remove detected registry errors manually or automatically.
  • Increase your PC’s Bootup speed by up to 70 percent.
  • Update Critical Microsoft® Windows™ components as well as popular software such as Java™, Javascript™, Adobe®, Internet Explorer™, and others.
  • Back up your Registry automatically and securely.
  • Clean out junk data, redundant files, invalid shortcuts and outdated help files.
  • Rectify Runtime Errors and Windows Startup Errors.
  • Excise Corrupted DLL files.
  • Eliminate Internet Explorer errors.
  • Correct File Path Errors and “Item Cannot be Found” Errors.

While the above is the basic functions of ErrorFix and probably not uncommon to most registry cleaners available on the Internet there are also some other key features that you can expect to receive from ErrorFix which are as follows:

  • Auto Scan – ErrorFix provides a completely automatic scan.
  • Custom Scan – It also provides a fully interactive scan. You can customize the kinds of Registry Errors that will be detected beforehand.
  • User-Controlled Cleanup - At no point in the cleaning process does ErrorFix try to overrule your decision. You can let it clean selections automatically, or you can tell it which entries need to stay and which need to go. ErrorFix displays all its scanning results in an editable list, and it never cleans anything without your say-so.
  • Automatic Backup and Restore – The program creates automatic backups before every cleaning. This way, if at any point you aren’t satisfied with the results of a clean, you can return the Registry to its former state.
  • Auto Updates and Manual Updates – Equipped with an automatic update feature that arms it with all of the latest known Registry Errors and Fixes.
  • Full Registry Backup – Use ErrorFix’s Full Registry Backup to take snapshots of your Registry whenever you wish. With these Backups in hand, you can always restore the former state of your Registry, no matter what future threats may do to it.

Though it is impossible to have a perfect computer free of any threat from the outside capable of installing and un-installing software without leaving bits and pieces of itself strung throughout the computer, it is possible to have a reliable cleaner to keep your computer in check and working well.

ErrorFix has been reviewed and found to be an excellent product that meets all of these standards and will serve as a proficient addition to your maintenance arsenal. The only thing left for you is to download your copy now and try it for yourself.
